Biography

As a senior associate in Bird & Bird’s Competition & EU and Regulatory Groups in The Netherlands, Tialda has a strong focus on regulated markets and is an expert in the field of competition law, energy regulation and public procurement law.

Tialda i.a. provides advice on horizontal cooperation and sustainability initiatives, vertical agreements, investigations by competition or regulatory authorities, leniency cases, compliance with competition law (by providing workshops, protocols and risk assessments) and (complex / cross border) merger filings and transactions. Tialda also advises clients in the telecommunications and tech sectors on regulatory matters with a link to competition law, for example in relation to foreign direct investments (FDI).

Tialda’s experience includes representing and advising clients in enforcement proceedings and other legal disputes, for example where the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets is involved.
